IN CASE YOU COULDN'T TELL, WE STARTED PLAYING BIOSHOCK.
AND BY WE, I MEAN MY MOTHER DEAREST.

She recently finished the (very fucking awesome) Arkham Asylum and finally broke open Bioshock (which we've had for MONTHS now....did I mention we have a PS3 now?).

Okay, so here's how it goes:

You start off on a plane, which for some inexplicable reason explodes, and you land in the ocean. (BTW you're playing a silent protagonist.) Somehow you survive, so you swim AWAY from the spreading fire ON THE WATER (I'm guessing the oil spilled or whatever) and you somehow find a magical shiny platform on the water. Don't ask, this will be semi-explained. You climb up stairs and enter a hall with flickering lights that seem to recognize your prescene. Somehow you know there's a nifty little pod that takes you underwater. And, inadvertently to Rapture, where's 1920 forever w/ alchol. Also, they've discovered ADAM, some genetic changing material, and also EVE, which powers up you genetically attained abilities. OH, and everyone's gone completely stone bonkers because they couldn't handle all the genetic chamnge.

OH THE WOE.
AND LET'S NOT FORGET. There are Little Sisters and Big Daddies. Now, that may sound perverted, but you have not seen this things. They are some creepy shit. Each Little Sister has a Big Daddy, basically a guardian. Why is this important? Well....

Genetic Upgrades need ADAM.
Little Sisters have ADAM.
So, in order to evolve and LIVE, you need to either kill or help the Little Sisters. But this can't be done without taking out the Big Daddy. And don't be fooled. They may looking like slow-witted, lumbering giants that are easily deactivated. Once you piss them off, they are some fast shit. And strong. They with throw you around like a rottweiler with a ragdoll. No kidding. Nearly jumped over my chair when it came at my mom. XD

Oh, and about helping or attacking Little Sisters. You can choose to A) Kill the Little Sister and obtain more ADAM or B)Help the Little Sister and revert her back to normal via Vulcan mind-meld and get less ADAM. My mom, since her alignment is Lawful Goody-Two-Shoes, has been helping them. Which is nice I guess. I dunno how much good it will do, what with the aforementioned \"everyone-has-gone-fucking-bonkers-and-are-practically-zombies\". But there's a lady who says if you save them, then something good will happen. *shrugs*

I dunno. it's a very intriging game though.

Okay, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs.
It's was cute. Really. But I enjoy stuff like that. Nothing like Up though. Up was an experience. It made me cry out a contact five minutes in. You can't top something like that. But CWaCoM (WTH) was good all the same. SHAME I HAD TO SIT ON THE STAIRS TO WATCH IT. It was that sold out.

But, seriously...WHO'S LOOKING FORWARD TO PERCY JACKSON AND WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE?! CAUSE I AM. *foams*


P.S. When the fuck are they releasing Maximum Ride, huh? THEY'VE BEEN PLANNING THAT MOVIE FOR THREE YEARS NOW.

Here's some stupidity.
I have to get up a THREE IN THE MORNING ON SUNDAY to write an essay for AP Lit. Why?

BECAUSE I'M GROUNDED. THE HELL.
And not even for a good reason; it's because I can't predict when the dog is going to take a shit. I'm like the only person that tries to take the dog out regularly, but I'm not fucking perfect. My brother and sister don't do shit, yet I get the blame too. THE HELL IS WRONG HERE.

So, I'm planning on spending the day out elsewhere. Like at the park. Because...
1) I have to do a drawing for the calender
2) I'm so not putting up with this bullshit today.

My mom is making me staying home. Which is not too ideal since I have to turn in stuff for my senior project, and I don't get rain checks on those.
